The John W. Engeman Theater's production of MYSTIC PIZZA - A New Musical opened on Saturday, September 17th. Performances began on Thursday, September 15, 2022, and runs through Sunday, October 30, 2022.

Based on the classic 1988 movie starring Julia Roberts, MYSTIC PIZZA charts the lives and loves of three unforgettable waitresses in the harbor town of Mystic, CT. Featuring some of the best pop songs of the '80s and '90s such as "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun," "Addicted To Love," "Small Town," "Hold On," and "Take My Breath Away," MYSTIC PIZZA has all the ingredients for a romantic comedy-with the works!
Mystic Pizza sounds like a fun stage adaptation, especially with the mix of romance, small-town energy, and classic ’80s and ’90s songs that people already connect with emotionally. Productions like this work best when they capture the atmosphere of the original while adding something fresh live on stage. That creative adaptation process reminds me of Eaglercraft too, since the browser-based Minecraft-style game often recreates nostalgic experiences in new interactive ways for modern players.
The fast-paced nature of Geometry Dash makes it incredibly engaging, as there’s never a dull moment and every second demands your full attention and precise control!
Friday Night Funkin’ is suitable for all ages thanks to its wholesome and non-violent gameplay. FNF is accessible for beginners, but still challenging enough in difficulty levels for veterans.
